Hand made painting/ink drawings of the 4 main fighters from the 90's battle anime Yu Yu Hakuso. I used a color splash style for the background for each piece then drew and inked the characters over it. In this set we have Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama and Hiei. As one of my favorite series growing up I was very nervous about which pose I wanted them to be in. The color palette on each piece is relatable to each individual character. I added a paint splash effect with dark line work to outline the characters. I splash the color first with various brushes then draw over after it is dried.
